

1.-Create a new document and fill it up with Black.
2.- Create a new Layer and also fill it with Black
1.- Go to --Filter-- Render--Difference Clouds
1.-Do the ---Difference Clouds--Till you get something like this pictures.... around 6 or 7 times.
1.- Select the Elliptical tool.
2.- Holding SHIFT + ALT create a circle.
1.-Go to --Filter--Distort--Spherize--2.- Mode = Normal, Amount = 100
1.- Again --Filter--Distort--Spherize2.- Amount 50.

1.- --Filter--Sharpen--Sharpen
1.- --Select --Inverse--That will select the whole file..
1.- Press DELETE2.- CTRL + D to deselect.
The only thing left will be your circle.
Now let's add some color1.- CTRL + U to get the Hue/Saturation window
Hue = 20
Saturation = 100
Lightness = 0
You can choose any color you like.
Let's adjust the colors a little bit...1.- --Image--Adjustments--Brightness/Contrast--
make the Contrast 25, it will just darken your picture a little bit.
Now it's time to duplicate our layer..1.- go to --Layer--Duplicate Layer-- That will open a new window, press ok to duplicate.
Now let's add some more color...1.- Go to --Select-- Color Range--
That will open a new window..
select "the darkest red color from your pictures" and then pess ok.
That will select the color you chose from your picture.
1.-CTRL + SHIFT + I ... that will select everything else.2.- Click DELETE and then CTRL+ D to deselect.

You will notice that your layer has changed.
1.- CTRL + T to Transform.
2.- Make it slightly bigger than your first layer.
1.- Once that it's the size you want it, change the "Blending Options" to Linear Dodge.2.-Duplicate layer...
3.-And working with your new layer, press CTRL + T to transform. I moved it to a 45 degree angle... but you can choose any position you like.
1.- Duplicate layer again2.- go to --Filter--Blur--Radial Blur--
(that will open a new window)
Amount =100
Method = Zoom
Quality = Best
1.- CTRL + U to open the Hue/Saturation window2.- Choose the color you want.
1.- Duplicate layer2.- CTRL + U to change color again.
Do this last step till you are satisfied with your colors.
To add a picture.Just Copy and Paste the picture you want.
I duplicated my picture and moved it to the opposite corner.
1.-For my top layer I'm using --Filter--Artistic-- Diffuse Glow-- that will add a glow to your picture.2.- For my second layer, I'm using --Filter--Artistic--Neon Glow-- in a greenish color, you can use any color you like...
To add the TWIRL1.- Duplicate your very first layer...
2.- then go to --Filter--Distort--Twirl--
use and angle of 999.
Change the Blending options to "Pink Light" and you are done...You can always add more effects using the "Blending Options" so have fun trying new things...
